We offer FREE transportation from select hotels in the Waikiki area. If you’re staying outside of Waikiki or Honolulu, there’s an extra charge for pickup.
Just let us know your hotel details when you book, and we’ll send you the exact pickup time with your confirmation. You’ll spot us easily—we’ll swing by in one of our white or blue Mercedes vans!
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 72 hours or more before your tour, you get a full refund. You also get a full refund if the tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at full price.
Same-day bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. USS Arizona boat ride tickets are not guaranteed, but if we can’t get tickets, we’ll let you know in advance. You can either join the tour with a $10 discount per booking or request a 70% refund instead.
Clothing and Items to Carry
Wear comfortable walking shoes.
Wear sunscreen.
Purses/ bags are not allowed.
Shirts and shoes are required on the USS Arizona Memorial; swimsuits are not allowed.
