You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours in advance or if we cancel due to weather or other unforeseen reasons. However, if you make the cancelations late or fail to show up at the given times, you will be charged the full price. Also, same-day reservations are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. You will also not get a full refund if you reach the activity spot while wearing closed-toed shoes and if you exceed the weight limit.
