This Hawaiian parasail is available to everyone ages three and up. The tour’s times start every hour from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Make sure you check in 30 minutes prior to the activity for a smooth parasailing tour. Every ride available is tandem, with the option for a triple ride depending on weather conditions. The ride combination is decided by the captain on the day of your booking based on the weather.
One thing you should always remember is that if you are booking a ride, book the same ride line for all the participants. For example, if you are booking an Xtreme Line ride, don’t mix it with Deluxe rides. Also, note that the Xtreme line has a 1000ft line and is available only for one hour.
Usually, rides that are sold for a particular time slot are not available online. We, however, operate 1-2 boats every hour, so you can check with us to know more about the available tours.
By any chance, if your group has been scheduled separately for the ride, contact us via phone, text, or email so we can accommodate you on the same boat. Please do not rely on us completely, as we, too, cannot guarantee the same boat without prior notice, and the seats are based on availability.
Those who are booking rides as Observers, including children under 3, will require an Observer ticket. All bookings are for a shared boat, but private parasailing trips can be arranged upon request.

Observer tickets are $50 for adults, and children under four can observe for free.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within the time frame of 72 hours, you’ll receive a full refund. You will also get a full refund if the cancellation is made from the operator’s end due to unexpected weather conditions or other operational reasons. However, if you cancel late and if there are no-shows, you will be charged the full price. Also, making reservations for the same is considered to be final and thus is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
